1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on products from our collection of Watches Sport, Watches Classic, and Watches Gold within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Watches that have been worn or used.
  • Personalized or engraved items.

3. How to Return Your Product

Returning your purchase is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: To start your return, please contact our customer support team at admin@hivimo.xyz. Include your order number and details of the item you’d like to return.
  2. Get Your Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent any damage during shipping.
  4. Ship the Return: Attach the return label and ship the item back to us. Be sure to get a tracking number to monitor the return process.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds: The full purchase price of the returned item will be refunded. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different item or size, we will be happy to assist you. If there is a price difference, we will either charge or credit your account accordingly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item, defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, international returns are accepted. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional taxes that may apply.
