We offer a 2-year limited warranty for all our watches, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes the following:

  • Movement failure (i.e., the watch is not functioning properly due to a mechanical fault).
  • Dial and hands issues (such as misalignment or defects).
  • Strap/bracelet defects (such as breaks or faults caused by manufacturing issues).
  • Crown malfunction or issues related to the stem and pushers.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect, including but not limited to drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage (for non-water-resistant models), scratches, or wear-and-tear.
  • Battery replacement for quartz watches or battery-powered models. (Please refer to our guides on how to properly replace the battery).
  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches or discoloration on the case, bracelet, or crystal).
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications done by third-party service providers not approved by hivimo.xyz.
  • Loss or theft of the watch.

3. Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue that you believe is covered under our warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Send an email to admin@hivimo.xyz with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the defect or damage.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps, which may involve returning the product to us for inspection.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will either repair your watch or, if necessary, replace it with a similar model at no additional cost to you. In cases where a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund for the purchase price.

4. Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to watches purchased directly from hivimo.xyz or authorized resellers.
  • If repairs or replacements are required, they will only be carried out in our official service centers.

5. International Warranty

We proudly offer international warranty coverage for customers outside of our home country. However, shipping costs related to warranty claims (either for repairs or returns) will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified by our support team.
